Billing, credits, cancellation and refunds
How you are charged
Each seat is billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, at the price shown above. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is calculated at checkout based on your location.
What a credit is
Calling and texting are metered in credits, so a seat that lives on the phone costs more to run than one that does not. Each plan includes a monthly allowance — the figures on the cards above. Included credits reset at the start of each billing month and do not roll over.
If a seat runs out before the month does, credits can be topped up: $25 for 700 credits, $60 for 1,800 credits, or $150 for 5,000 credits. Purchased credits do not expire and carry over for as long as the account is open.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time and there is no minimum term. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the seat stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and is not charged again after that. You can also move a seat up or down a plan, which takes effect from the following billing month.
Refunds
If something is wrong, contact us at abrahamcazares4@hotmail.com and we will put it right. Because a monthly subscription is billed in advance, part months are not automatically refunded when you cancel — but if you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or could not use the product because of a fault on our side, we will refund it.
