Solana Core LLC, trading as Titan Financial Group, is a licensed insurance agency. Our licensed agents help consumers compare and apply for life insurance coverage and service the policies they place. We are not an insurer: policies are issued by the insurance carrier, and coverage and underwriting decisions are the carrier's. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency or Medicare.
Any figure shown or discussed before a carrier underwrites your application is an estimate. Your actual premium, eligibility, and coverage depend on the carrier's underwriting and the accuracy of the information you provide. Nothing here is an offer of insurance or a guarantee of coverage.
You agree the information you give us is accurate and is your own, and that the phone number you provide is yours to give permission for. If you give permission to be contacted — verbally on a recorded call with a licensed agent, or in writing — you agree to be contacted as described in that permission and in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of receiving a quote or purchasing anything, and you may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling an agent on a call, or emailing us.
Text messages are sent only to people who gave permission to receive them. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not cancel your policy or end your relationship with your agent. Separately from placing insurance, we license Titan CRM — customer-relationship and dialer software — to insurance agents and agencies as a paid subscription. The software is sold by Solana Core LLC. A subscription is not an insurance product, confers no coverage, and is not connected to any policy you may hold with us.
Billing. Subscriptions are priced per seat, per month, in US dollars, and are billed in advance. A seat is one named user. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices exclude sales tax and VAT, which are calculated at checkout based on your location. We may change prices, and will give notice before a change applies to an existing subscription.
Credits. Calling and texting are metered in credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance, which resets at the start of each billing month and does not roll over. Credits purchased separately do not expire and remain available while the account is open. Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for money.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time and there is no minimum term. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your seat remains active until the end of the period already paid for and is not charged again after that.
Refunds. Because subscriptions are billed in advance, part months are not automatically refunded on cancellation. If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or could not use the software because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will refund it. Your data and your clients. Records you enter remain yours. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people you load into the software, for the content of the calls and messages you send through it, and for complying with the TCPA, state calling rules, and carrier messaging policies. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for use that puts our carriers or other customers at risk.
Availability.The software is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and figures it produces — quotes, commission estimates, illustrations — are estimates, subject to the same limits described under “Quotes are estimates” above.
Do not submit other people's information, submit automated or fraudulent entries, or use this service to violate any law.
